Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CHAINGE Co. ("we") collects when you use the CHAINGE Community, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and a password if you set one.
- Profile details you choose to add: headline, company, role, industry, bio and LinkedIn link. Other members can see these.
- What you post: posts, comments, likes, milestone submissions and direct messages.
- Course and event activity: lessons completed, milestones, event RSVPs, points.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a record of what you bought and paid. We never see or store your full card number.
- Security records: when you log in or out, plus the IP address and browser used, so we can spot misuse.
How we use it
- To run your membership: give you access, show your progress, deliver messages and events.
- To send account emails (login links, receipts, payment notices) and, unless you opt out, course and event reminders.
- To keep the community safe and to investigate misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the platform: Stripe (payments), our email provider (sending email), our hosting provider (running the app and database), and YouTube (lesson videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain). Each handles your information only to provide its service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account data stays until you delete your account. Email delivery records are kept for 180 days, security records for one year, and integration logs for 90 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
- See your data: download everything we store about you from your Account page.
- Delete your account: also from your Account page. It removes your profile, posts, comments, messages and progress. Payment records stay, as the law requires.
- Stop reminder emails: use the link at the bottom of any reminder, or your Account page.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Login links work once and expire. If you think your account has been misused, contact us right away.
Age
The community is for business professionals and isn't intended for anyone under 18.
