Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CHAINGE Co. ("we") for using the CHAINGE Community. By joining, you agree to them.

Your membership

• Your access depends on what you bought. Each offer's page describes what's included and for how long.
• "Lifetime" access means for as long as we operate the community, not for the life of the buyer.
• Accounts are for one person. Don't share your login.

Payments

• Prices are in US dollars. Payment plans cost more in total than paying in full, and the full plan total is owed once you enroll.
• Renewals bill automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Account page; you keep access until the paid period ends.
• Guarantees and refunds are as stated in the offer you bought, including any conditions it lists.

How we treat each other

Be useful and respectful. No spam, selling in other members' messages, harassment, or sharing anyone's confidential information. Don't post other people's material without permission. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to display it to the members who can see that space so the community works. Keep your own clients' and employees' private data out of posts and messages.

Our content

Courses, videos, templates and recipes are for use in your own business. Don't resell or republish them.

No guarantee of results

We teach a method and give you tools. Results depend on your business and how you apply them. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the community is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell members by email or in the community before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
